Watermelon Ice Pops

Yield:
Makes 8 pops

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups diced and seeded watermelon
  2. 4 ounces vodka, tequila or orange juice
  3. 1/4 cup lime juice
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree. Pour into molds*. Freeze until slushy, about 30 minutes. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.

*Paper or plastic cups can be used in place of molds. Fill the cups with ice pop mixture. Cover the opening with aluminum foil. Make a slit in the foil and insert the stick.
