In small bowl, blend butter, 3 tablespoons parsley, green onion (optional) and tarragon; add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread each ear of corn liberally with mixture and wrap individually in heavy duty foil.
Grill over coals for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
Carefully unwrap, sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve.
