Mexican Layered Dip

Serve with warm tortilla chips

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. ground beef
  2. 1 pkg. taco mix
  3. 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
  4. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  5. 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
  6. 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
  7. 1 pkg. (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

1st Layer: Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco mix and refried beans and stir together. Spread on serving platter.

2nd Layer: In separate bowl, blend together cream cheese and sour cream. Drop by tablespoon onto ground beef mixture.

3rd Layer: Drop salsa by teaspoonful onto cream cheese mixture.

4th Layer: Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over top to cover.
