Holiday Ham Glaze

Yield:
glaze for 1 ham

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
  2. 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  3. 1/4 cup orange juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients for glaze. Heat slowly, beating with wire whisk or rotary beater, until smooth. Thirty minutes before ham is done, spoon half of glaze over ham. Repeat with other half during last 15 minutes or save remaining glaze to serve with ham.
