Curried Shrimp

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small onion, chopped
  2. 1 tablespoon oil
  3. 1 can (10.75) condensed cream of shrimp soup
  4. 1 teaspoon curry powder
  5. 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  6. 8 oz. sourcream
  7. hot cooked rice
Directions:

In a large saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in soup and curry powder; bring to a boil. Add the shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink. Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve on rice.
