Stroganoff in a Bun

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lbs. ground beef
  2. 1 large onion, chopped
  3. 1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  4. 1 cup mayonnaise
  5. 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
  6. 2/3 cup condensed cheddar soup, undiluted
  7. 11 hamburger buns, split
Directions:

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the mushroom soup, mayonnaise, celery and cheese soup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns.
