Taco Soup

Yield:
8-10 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  2. 1 envelope taco seasoning
  3. 2 cans (15.25 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
  4. 2 cans (15 oz.) chili beans, undrained
  5. 2 cans (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  6. Crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese
  7. flour tortillas, warmed
Directions:

In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Place tortilla chips in soup bowls; ladle soup over chips. Serve with warm tortillas.
