Pepperoni Pizzas

Serve for lunch, as an afterschool snack, or a party food

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  2. 1 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  3. 4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup Hellman's Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  6. 4 English muffins, split, toasted
Directions:

In medium bowl stir together cheese, olives, pepperoni, mayonnaise and seasoning. Spoon onto muffin halves. Broil 6 inches from source of heat about 5 minutes or until browned.
