Macaroni and Cheese for Two

Yield:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  2. 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon butter
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, milk, egg and salt; mix well. Pour into a greased 1-qt. baking dish; dot with butter.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
