Quick Sausage and Salsa Skillet

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup chopped onion
  2. 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  3. 13 oz. cooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  4. 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
  5. 2 cans (15.5 oz.) hominy, drained
  6. 4 oz. shredded Montery Jack cheese
Directions:

Cook onion, pepper and sausage in large skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and hominy, stir and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
