Pineapple Daiquiri Sundae

Ingredients:

  1. 1 fresh pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into chunks
  2. 1/2 cup dark rum
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 3 tablespoons lime juice
  5. zest of 2 limes, cut into strands
  6. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  7. vanilla ice cream
Directions:

Place all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
