Roasted Thyme Potato Slices

Ingredients:

  1. 4 medium russet potatoes
  2. 1/4 cup melted butter
  3. 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place slices in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix butter, Tabasco, thyme and salt. Drizzle over potatoes; toss to coat. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until tender and light brown, stirring occasionally.
