Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup butter
  2. 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 3/4 cup flour
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
  8. Warm fudge topping
Directions:

Heat butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until a slight imprint remains when touched in center. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Top pie wedges with ice cream; drizzle with warm topping. Serve immediately.
