Fettucine with Ham and Mascarpone

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 pound fettuccine, cooked as directed on package, drain off water, cover and keep warm
  2. 1 pound cooked ham, sliced and cut into 1/2 pieces
  3. 2 1/2 ounces Mascarpone cheese
  4. 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

After cooking fettuccine, set aside and keep warm.

Meanwhile, place ham in a medium pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.

Add the Mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, reduce heat to low and stir until cheeses are melted; add pepper.

Stir the ham and cheese into the hot fettuccine; mix well and serve at once.
