Mix syrup, mustard and chives in 1-quart saucepan. Sprinkle both sides of chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Cover and grill chicken over medium heat for 15 minutes; turn. Cover and grill for 30-40 minutes longer, occasionally brushing with mustard mixture, until chicken is done. Heat remaining mustard mixture to boiling; boil one minute. Serve with chicken.
