Low Fat Ambrosia Fruit Dip

Yield:
2 cups

A yummy fruit salad topping too!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind or 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 14 pkg. Equal sugar substitute
  6. assorted fresh fruit, cheese and melon balls
Directions:

Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon rind. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit, cheese cubes or melon balls. May also be used as a topping for fruit salad.
