Sesame Green Beans

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. fresh green beans
  2. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  3. 2 cloves minced garlic
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. Salt to taste
Directions:

Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until crisp tender. In a skillet, saute the sesame seeds and garlic in oil. Drain beans; stir into garlic mixture; season to taste with salt.
