Stuffing Meat Balls

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  2. 2/3 cup crushed seasoned stuffing mix
  3. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  4. 1 jar (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  5. Hot cooked pasta
Directions:

In a bowl, combine beef ands stuffing mix. Shape into 1-inch balls. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meat balls in oil; drain. Return all meatballs to skillet; add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve over hot pasta.
