Fruit and Nut Squares

Yield:
48 squares

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  3. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  4. 1 can (9 oz.) salted mixed nuts
  5. 1 cup dried apricots, quartered
  6. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  7. 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  8. 2 tablespoons flour
  9. 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 13x9 inch pan nonstick cooking spray.

Mix flour, brown sugar and butter in large bowl, with fork, until crumbly. Press firmly into bottom of pan.

Mix remaining ingredients in same bowl. Spoon over crust and spread evenly.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely, about 45 minutes. Cut into rows of 8 by 6.
