Cocoa Brownies

Yield:
3 dozen

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/4 cup flour
  2. 1 cup light brown sugar
  3. 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  4. 1/2 cup egg substitute
  5. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  6. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  7. 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  8. 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  9. powdered sugar
Directions:

Mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg substitute, melted butter and cocoa in large bowl until well blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans.

Spread in well greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes or until done.

Cool in pan or on wire rack.

Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into squares.
