For glaze, stir together orange juice, molasses and onion powder; set aside.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat for 6 minutes. Brush with some of the glaze. Turn chicken and brush with the remaining glaze.
Broil for 6-9 minutes more or until the chicken is no longer pink. Serve with sauce and hot fettuccine.
