Chili Powder Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup corn flakes, crushed
  2. 1 tablespoon chili powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  6. 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch chunks
  7. 2 tablespoons melted butter
  8. 1/2 cup sour cream
  9. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, snipped
Directions:

Mix together cornflakes, chili powder, black pepper, red pepper and salt.

In a medium bowl, combine chicken pieces and melted butter; toss to coat. Place in bowl with cornflake mixture; turn chicken until well coated. Lightly grease baking sheet.

Bake at 400 F. for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream and cilantro. Serve with chicken nuggets.
