Peanut Butter Kisses

Yield:
Makes about 3 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 2 egg whites
  2. 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  3. 2/3 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup Skippy Creamy or Super Chunk Peanut Butter
Directions:

In small bowl with mixer at high speed beat egg whites and cream of tartar until mixture holds stiff peaks when beater is raised.

Add sugar, 1 Tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture holds very stiff peaks when beater is raised.

Lightly fold in peanut butter just until mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake in 300 F. oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
