In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, seasoning blend, paprika and pepper.
Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch of oil on medium-high; fry chicken in batches for 18-20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
