Pizza Chicken Italiano

Oven-to-table in no time!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  2. 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  4. 1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  8. 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe olives, drained
  9. 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Place chicken in a 2-quart baking dish.

Combine tomato sauce, oregano, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and sugar. Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Top with olives and mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Serve with a side of spaghetti.
