Italian Chicken and Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  3. 2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
  4. 2 medium onions, cut into strips
  5. 2 medium onions, chopped
  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1 jar (28 oz.) traditional pasta sauce
  8. cooked spaghetti
Directions:

Heat oil in sauce pan. Add chicken and cook until browned and done, stirring often. Add peppers, onions and garlic and cook until tender.

Add pasta sauce and heat through. Serve over spaghetti.
