Slaw For Two

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  2. 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
  3. 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  6. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  7. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  8. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  9. salt to taste
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, celery and green pepper.

In another bowl, combine oil, mayonnaise, mustard, hot pepper sauce and salt; pour over vegetables and toss. Cover and chill for several hours to blend flavors.
