Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Dissolve coffee granules in milk.
In large bowl, beat brown sugar, granulated sugar and margarine until smooth and creamy. Beat in egg, almond extract and coffee mixture. Combine flour, wheat flakes, cinnamon and baking powder; gradually beat flour mixture into sugar mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet; flatten with back of fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
