Zesty Orange Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cup orange juice
  3. 2 teaspoons dried basil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  5. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  6. 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  7. 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  8. 1/2 cup chopped pecan pieces
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange juice, basil and ginger. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.

Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend the flavors.
