Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken, cooked and cubed
  2. 1 cup diced Monterey Jack cheese
  3. 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
  6. 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  9. 4 pita breads, halved or 8 slices bread
  10. lettuce leaves
Directions:

In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, grapes, mayonnaise, celery, sunflower kernels, salt and pepper.

Line pita or bread with lettuce and add 1/2 cup chicken salad to each.
