Red Hot Drop Biscuits

Ingredients:

  1. 2-3/4 cups all purpose baking mix
  2. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  3. 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:

Combine baking mix, red pepper and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder in large bowl. With a fork, stir in milk and cheese until mixture forms a soft dough. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Combine remaining butter and garlic powder; brush on top of dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
