Classic Ham Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

  1. 3 10", low carb salsa wraps
  2. 1 lb. ham, finely chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons Dijon or country-style mustard
  4. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  5. 1 shallot, finely chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon dill pickle, finely chopped
  7. 6 lettuce leaves
  8. Optional:
  9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ham, mustard and if desired, cayenne. Mix well. Stir in shallot and pickle. Place 2 lettuce leaves, 1/3 ham salad mix on each wrap.

Roll and serve.
