Shrimp and Citrus Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (10 ounce) baby spinach
  2. 2 cups cooked shrimp
  3. 1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1- inch pieces
  4. 1 red grapefruit, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1- inch pieces
  5. 1 cucumber, very thinly sliced
  6. 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
  7. Prepared poppy seed salad dressing to taste
Directions:

Place baby spinach in a large bowl.

Toss shrimp, orange, grapefruit, cucumber and avocado with spinach.

Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve at once.
