Zucchini And Corn Saute

Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  2. 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
  3. 1 medium sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
  4. 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  5. 2 cups frozen corn, thawed and drained
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions:

In a large skillet, saute zucchini and peppers in oil until crisp tender, about 4 minutes.

Add corn and seasoning. Saute 3 to 4 minutes longer or until the corn is tender.
