In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and pepper over medium high heat, stirring frequently until sausage is finely crumbled and no longer pink. Add tomato sauce; cover and cook 1 minute. Stir in chili sauce and Worcestershire. Remove from heat; season with hot pepper sauce. Serve on buns; sprinkle with cheese.
