Black Bottom Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 (9- inch) prepared graham craker crust
  2. 1/3 cup butter
  3. 4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
  4. 1 package (3 oz) vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
  5. 2 cups cold milk
  6. Frozen whipped topping, thawed
  7. 1 (12 oz) chocolate bar to make chocolate curls for garnish
Directions:

In a small saucepan, heat butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Spread on bottom of pie crust; set aside.

Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Spread into pie crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls.
