Very Berry Jell-O

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cup boiling water
  2. 1 container (3 oz.) Jell-O sugar free strawberry flavor gelatin
  3. ice cubes
  4. 1/2 cup cold water
  5. 1 cup strawberries, pureed
Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin, at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Stir in fruit. Pour evenly into 6 dessert cups; refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
