Chocolate Peanut Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 10 cups French bread cubes
  2. 1 cup peanut butter and milk chocolate morsels
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 3-1/2 cups milk
  5. 1 bottle (22 oz.) chocolate syrup
  6. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  7. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  8. confectioners sugar
Directions:

Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle morsels over bread. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in milk, syrup, sugar and vanilla; pour over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
