Italian Style Orange Roughy

Ingredients:

  1. 4 orange roughy fillets
  2. 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  3. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  4. 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  6. 1 can (14 oz.) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions:

Arrange fish fillets in an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt. Cover with onion and celery. Top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
