Bean And Onion Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans (14 oz.) French style green beans, drained
  2. 1 can (16 oz.) dark red kidney beans, drained
  3. 2 cups sweet onions, chopped
  4. 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  5. 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  6. 1/4 cup white vinegar
  7. 1/3 cup sugar
Directions:

In a bowl, combine the green beans, kidney beans, onions, pickle relish and green pepper.

In a small bowl, combine the vinegar and sugar; mix well. Pour over bean mixture; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
