Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  1. 5 cups Chinese or Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  2. 3 medium carrots, shredded
  3. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  4. 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh and minced
  5. 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  6. 1 tablespoon canola oil
  7. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  8. 1 teaspoon sugar
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
