Grilled Vegetables with Walnuts

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  2. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 cup small cauliflowerets
  5. 8 brussel sprouts, cut in half
  6. 8 baby pattypan squash
  7. 1/2 cup walnut halves
Directions:

Mix butter, parsley and salt. Place vegetables and walnuts in grill basket.

Cover and grill vegetables for 10-15 minutes, turning and brushing with butter mixture 2-3 times, until crisp tender.
