Mini Morsel Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/2 cups butter, melted
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
  5. 1 quart ice cream, softened
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; stir in morsels. Press 2-1/2 cups crumb mixture on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Freeze 15 minutes or until firm. Spread softened ice cream evenly in pie shell. Top with remaining
crumb mixture; freeze 2 hours before serving.
