Fresh Blueberry Sherbet

Yield:
2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces sour cream
  2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 3 cups fresh blueberries
Directions:

In a blender, combine sour cream, juice, vanilla and blueberries; cover and process until smooth. Press through a sieve; discard the seeds and skins.

Freeze overnight and remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
