Sweet and Spicy BBQ Slow Cooker Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
  2. 3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
  3. 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
  4. 1/3 cup maple syrup
  5. 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Place onion in a 5- quart slow cooker. Top with the ribs.

Combine the barbecue sauce, syrup, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over ribs.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until the meat is tender.
