Artichoke Tossed Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups mixed salad greens
  2. 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  3. 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1 jar (2.5 oz.) ripe olives, drained and sliced
  5. 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions:

In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, artichokes, mushrooms and olives. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat. Serve at once.
