Ham Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  2. 1 cup fully cooked ham, diced
  3. 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
  4. 2 tablespoons sweet red pepper, diced
  5. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  6. 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  7. 1 teaspoon sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon celery seed
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  11. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions:

In a bowl, toss the cabbage, ham and peppers. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, pepper and paprika; shake well.

Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
