Grilled Cheese with Arugula, Fresh Basil and Tomato

Ingredients:

  1. 8 fresh basil leaves
  2. 8 slices tomato, thinly sliced
  3. 4 slices provolone cheese
  4. 4 slices Italian bread
  5. 2 tablespoons prepared Italian salad dressing
  6. 8 fresh arugula leaves
Directions:

Layer the arugula, basil, tomato and cheese on two slices of bread. Top with remaining two slices of bread.

Brush outer sides of bread with salad dressing.

Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
