Pork Salad Croissant

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cooked pork tenderloin, diced
  2. 1 medium tart apple, diced
  3. 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons chutney
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  9. lettuce leaves
  10. 4 croissants, split
Directions:

In a bowl, combine pork, apple, grapes, mayonnaise, walnuts, chutney, salt and ginger; mix well. Serve on lettuce lined croissants.
