Combine 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cilantro and olive oil.
In a medium bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno, remaining vinegar and cilantro; set aside.
Grill chops over medium heat for 11-14 minutes, turning once, and marinating with oil and vinegar mixture. Serve with salsa.
